Hi, I’m Sean, and I’m a journalist, podcaster, and playwright. I used to mainly cover theater, along with some film and television, as the managing editor for a former media company in NYC called The Clyde Fitch Report. My articles have also appeared in BroadwayWorld, Rantt Media, Australia’s Daily Review, and others, along with short commentary in The New York Times, and shared by the National Endowment for the Arts, American Theatre magazine, and a variety of regional theater and Broadway PR outlets. These days I’ve branched off into video game journalism as well, with credits at Nintendo Force magazine, TheGamer, and others, and I’m focusing more on my own playwriting.

On this site, you’ll find episodes of my past interview podcasts The Scene, which I produced through the CFR, and The Plot, my smaller independent show about writers. I’ve also included some of my past articles, along with information on the media and journalism classes I periodically offer through Outschool.com.
